How do I place an order?

Select the product and size and click the "Add to cart" button. Once you have finished selecting your items, click the cart icon at the top of the screen to proceed to Check Out.
Fill in your delivery details including email and phone number so we can contact you if needed regarding your delivery.
Select free shipping and continue to payment method.

How do I use Afterpay?

Follow the steps above. When directed to the payment method screen select Afterpay. You will be redirected to Afterpay where you can finalize your purchase.

What size should I select?

Measurements for each product are provided in each of the descriptions. Please check each sizing chart carefully to determine which size you need.
Please keep in mind that most of our items are slightly smaller in size than AU sizes so we suggest selecting a size up.

Am I able to change my order?

If you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service by email sales@carriecobaby.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

I've ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange ?

We ensure all of our items have size charts to help you select the right size. Our sizes are usually smaller than standard AU sizes and we do strongly recommend ordering a larger size to normal.

However, if you do order an incorrect size we are happy to exchange for you as long as items are returned to us in original unworn condition by mail (the postage is at your expense). Once the item/s are received by us, we will then process and ship your requested size/s. To organise an exchange for your items please contact us at sales@carriecobaby.com to make arrangements.

Refunds will only be given if the item is returned to us and deemed by us to be faulty .

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries. 
If you're country is outside isn't listed please contact us at sales@carriecobaby.com to arrange shipping.

Where are your items shipped from? 

We ship our items directly from our suppliers to our customers to ensure you always get a great price. Orders are shipped from our supplier's warehouses in southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and China) and the USA.
We source our products from several different suppliers so your order may be shipped in separate packages.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service sales@carriecobaby.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail.

My delivery hasn't arrived yet, why the delay?

Customs, Postal Services and our store are different entities and on the rare occasion items can be delayed in customs.

How long do I wait until my order is sent out?

Our handling time is approx 5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.

When will I receive my items after I place an order?

Our Standard Shipping typically takes 2 weeks but could be slightly longer depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package. Whilst most orders arrive in 2 weeks we suggest you allow up to 4 weeks for your items to arrive. 
Delays may occur due to Holidays or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that customs inspections can be a factor during shipment.

How do I know when my items have been shipped?

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch.

How do I track my order?

The tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

I ordered multiple items but only received one, why?

We ship from multiple warehouses so sometimes your items may be shipped separately from different sites. You may receive one item before the next.
